摘要
2017年3月以来,长沙地区房地产限购政策密集出台实施,不仅给个人征信查询服务带来了很多有利影响,同时也引发了一系列不容忽视的问题,包括信用报告查询量非均衡性增长、异议处理难度加大、业务咨询量激增等,更形成了服务能力突发性不足、信用报告被非理性查询、征信服务效率被动性折扣等需要高度关注的风险。为有效应对这些问题和风险,建议从精准性征信宣传、信用报告应用指引、征信查询服务效能性评估三个方面,进一步完善基层央行个人征信查询服务体系,更好地发挥征信服务民生职能。
Since March 2017,home purchase restriction policies have been implemented intensively in Changsha area,which has brought much convenience for personal credit inquiry service and triggered a series of problems that cannot be ignored,including unbalanced growth of the amount of credit report inquiry,increased difficulty in objection processing,greatly rising business consultation volume,and has led to a series of risks that needs high attention,including insufficiency of sudden service ability,irrational inquiry of the credit reports,passive discount in credit information service efficiency,etc.In order to effectively deal with these problems and risks,it is suggested to further improve the personal credit inquiry service system of grassroots central banks from three aspects,accurate credit investigation publicity,application guidance of credit reports,and efficiency evaluation of credit inquiry service,so as to give full play to the role of credit information in serving people s livelihood.
