摘要
低碳、便捷、经济的电动自行车符合我国国情和老百姓需求。通过对市场退回的6-DZM-20型铅酸电池组(4只成组)失效模式进行的分析,提出了一种3-DZM-20型铅酸电池组(8只成组)的优化设计方案。在保持总尺寸不变的前提下,降低电池总高度,可缓解由于电解液上下浓差极化所带来的一系列电池早期失效问题,能有效提高电池活性物质利用率和循环使用寿命;通过负极活性物质配方优化,提高电池组低温放电效率,延长冬季电动自行车的续行里程。
Low-carbon,convenient and economical electric bicycles are in line with China's national conditions and the needs of ordinary people.By analyzing the failure modes of the 6-DZM-20 lead-acid batteries returned from the market,an optimization design proposal of battery pack with 3-DZM-20 lead-acid batteries was proposed.Under the premise of keeping the overall size unchanged,the total height of the battery was reduced to alleviate the problem of premature failure of a series of batteries due to the concentration polarization of the electrolyte from above and below.It can effectively improve the utilization rate of the active materials and the cycle life of the leadacid batteries.By optimizing the negative active material formula,the low-temperature discharge efficiency of the lead-acid batteries can be increased,then extending the full charge endurance of electric bicycles in winter.
