摘要
公共租赁住房是我国保障性住房的重要组成部分,同时也在租购并举住房制度的建立过程中发挥了重要的推动作用。本文通过对不同结构家庭的居住需求进行分析,针对居住过程中的空间适应性需求,以空间变换方便及快捷、改造成本低、保证居住品质、维持正常家庭生活、空间变换具有可逆性为前提,提出起居空间功能复合、卧室与起居室功能互换、相邻套型卧室归属权互换三项空间适应性设计策略,并结合实例进行相关策略的实践运用分析。
The public rental housing is an important part of China's indemnificatory housing and it also plays an important role in promoting the establishment of the housing system which encourages both housing purchase and renting.Through the analysis of the housing needs of families with different structures,in response to the spatial adaptability requirements in the living process,this paper proposes three design strategies on spatial adaptability,i.e.,functional recombination of living space,functional interchangeability of bedroom and living room and ownership interchangeability of adjacent bedrooms on the premise of fast and convenient space transformation,low transformation cost,ensuring living quality,maintaining normal family lives and reversibility of spatial transformation,and analyzes the practical application of relevant strategies with examples.
