摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市中固体废弃物的管理已成为一个亟待解决的问题。本文总结了我国近30年来城市固体废弃物的生产及处理现状,并综述了当前城市发展中固体废弃物管理所面临的各种问题。为有效地管理城市固体废弃物,适应未来城市发展,提出了未来城市固体废弃物管理的策略,包括建立基于大数据的固体废弃物全生命周期管控体系、以循环经济为依据完善固体废弃物综合治理的法规政策体系,以及推进固体废弃物综合管理试点建设三大策略。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the management of solid waste in cities has become a pressing problem to be solved.This paper summarizes the production of solid waste in cities in China in the past 30 years and current situation of its disposal and gives an overview of problems encountered in the management of solid waste in the current urban development.To effectively manage solid waste in cities and adapt to future urban development,this paper proposes three strategies on future management of solid waste,including the establishment of full life cycle management and control system of solid waste based on big data,the improvement of legal and policy systems for comprehensive disposal of solid waste based on circular economy and the promotion of pilot construction of solid waste comprehensive management.
