利他行为对制造商回收模式下的闭环供应链影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Altruistic Behavior on the Closed-loop Supply Chain under Manufacturer's Recycling Mode

本文在制造商负责回收模式下的闭环供应链中,对新产品和再造品实行差别定价,同时将供应链成员的利他行为纳入该模型中,研究各种利他情况下的利他行为对整个闭环供应链的影响。结果表明:集中决策的总利润比分散决策高,闭环供应链总利润与回收努力成本呈负相关。制造商单独的利他行为对自身不利,但能大幅度增加零售商利润进而提高整个闭环供应链总利润;零售商单独的利他行为不会改变制造商总利润;双方同时具有利他行为时闭环供应链总利润受制造商利他行为影响更大,供应链总利润增加。

In the closed-loop supply chain under the manufacturer s responsibility recovery model,new products and remanufactured products are differentially priced,and altruistic behaviors of supply chain members are included in the model to study altruistic behaviors in various altruistic situations for the entire closed-loop supply chain influences.The results show that the total profit of the centralized decision is higher than that of the decentralized decision.The total profit of the closed-loop supply chain is negatively correlated with the recovery effort cost.The manufacturer s individual altruistic behavior is not good for itself,but can significantly increase the retailer s profits and increase the total profit of the entire closed-loop supply chain;the retailer s individual altruistic behavior will not change the total profit of the manufacturer;when both parties have altruistic behavior at the same time,the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain is affected more by the act of altruism of the manufacturer,and the total profit of the supply chain increases.
