摘要
2015年,我院开始了超声"同质化"规范操作培训。通过制定超声图像分级评定标准、必备的操作流程、基本留图切面和病灶数据测量方法,并将之用于教学,我院为学员设定了三阶段培训模式。指导老师和培训学员按照统一的标准分别进行指导与学习,并通过"以考促学"与量化考核使规培学员能力逐步提升。"同质化"培训带来的操作标准,图像质量得到较大改善,因人为主观因素导致图像质量不高得到减少。经过培训,毕业学员的超声操作技能达到三级甲等医院住院医生的初级水平,完全胜任基层医院的日常工作需求。
In 2015,the training of ultrasound“homogenize”standardized operations was applied in our hospital.Our hospital set up a three-phase training model for trainees through the development of grading criteria for ultrasound images,necessary operating procedures,basic retention sectioning maps and methods for lesion data measurement.Meanwhile,our hospital applied these methods for training.The instructors and trainees trained and studied according to the standardized operations,respectively.The trainees can gradually improve their ability through“promoting learning by assessment”and quantitative assessment methods.The operation standard of"homogenization"training has greatly improved the image quality.Due to subjective factors,the image quality is not high enough to be reduced.After training,the ultrasonic operation skills of the graduates reach the primary level of the resident doctors in the third-grade hospitals,which is fully qualified for the daily work needs of the primary hospitals.
