临床药学本科实习生带教中新案例教学法的实践与探索 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨临床药学本科实习生带教中新案例教学法的应用效果。方法选取我校临床药学专业2015级学生38例为对照组,以传统教学方式行实习带教;以2016级学生40例为观察组,采用案例导入联合TBL的新案例教学法进行实习带教,比较两组的教学效果。结果观察组学生的基本理论知识及病例分析得分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的问卷调查各项结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用新案例教学法进行临床药学本科实习生带教可显著改善教学效果及学生的学习能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching method of the new case teaching in clinical pharmacy undergraduate interns.Methods 38 students of 2015 level of clinical pharmacy in our school were selected as the control group and taught in practice with traditional teaching methods;40 cases of 2016 students were selected as the observation group to introduce the new case teaching method of case introduction into the joint TBL.The teaching effectiveness of the two groups were compared.Results The basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey results of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the new case teaching method to teach clinical pharmacy undergraduate intern trainees can significantly improve the teaching effect and students'learning ability.
