摘要
目的分析钼靶X线与彩超诊断乳腺癌合并细微钙化的价值,以此来为乳腺癌的临床治疗提供科学合理的依据。方法 2013年5月—2017年6月,于我院诊治的乳腺癌合并细微钙化患者中选取120例,对其影像学资料进行回顾性分析,分别对患者进行钼靶X线与彩超诊断,对两种诊断方式的影像学特点与准确性进行对比分析。结果钼靶X线的乳腺癌合并细微钙化检出率为65%,相较于彩超的35%更高,P<0.05。结论乳腺癌合并细微钙化诊断中,钼靶X线的诊断准确率相较于彩超更高,但可将彩超作为一种辅助诊断方式。
Objective To analyze the value of molybdenum target X-ray and color ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer combined with subtle calcification,so as to provide a scientific and rational basis for the clinical treatment of breast cancer.Methods From May 2013 to June 2017,120 patients were confirmed by operation and pathology,and their imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were diagnosed by molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound respectively.The imaging features and accuracy of the two diagnostic methods were compared and analyzed.Results The detection rate of breast cancer with slight calcification in mammography was 65%,which was higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound(35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer with minute calcification,the diagnostic accuracy of mammography is higher than that of color ultrasound,but color ultrasound can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic method.
