螺旋CT容积扫描方法诊断胸廓骨及肋骨骨折的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Diagnosis of Thoracic Bone and Rib Fractures With Spiral CT Volume Scanning Method

目的探讨螺旋CT容积扫描方法诊断胸廓骨与肋骨骨折的临床价值。方法选取2016年12月—2017年3月在我院诊断为胸廓骨与肋骨骨折的100例患者作为观察对象,对100例患者分别进行X线胸片检查与螺旋CT容积扫描方式进行检查诊断,对两种检查方式的诊断结果进行观察分析。结果通过CT轴位扫描图像作为检查诊断标准,X线检查诊断准确度为68.0%(68/100),螺旋CT容积重建检查诊断准确度为94.0%(94/100),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过螺旋CT容积扫描发现肋骨骨折的有94例,100处肋骨骨折,6例显示无骨折。结论螺旋CT容积扫描方式对胸廓骨与肋骨骨折检查诊断具有重要价值,可以清晰的显示细微的骨折部位。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT volume scanning in the diagnosis of thoracic and rib fractures.Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,100 patients with thoracic and rib fractures diagnosed in our hospital were selected as observation objects.100 patients were examined by X-ray examination and spiral CT volume scan.The diagnostic results of the two inspection methods were observed.Results The CT axial scan image was used as diagnostic criteria.The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray examination was 68.0%(68/100).The accuracy of spiral CT volumetric reconstruction examination was 94.0%(94/100).The differences between the data were significant(P<0.05).There were 94 cases of rib fractures detected by spiral CT volume scan,100 rib fractures,and 6 cases showed no fracture.Conclusion Spiral CT volume scanning is of great value in the diagnosis of thoracic and rib fractures.It can clearly show the subtle fracture sites.
