神经阻滞麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉用于下肢手术的对比研究

A Comparative Study of Nerve Block Anesthesia and Combined Spinal Epidural Anesthesia for Lower Limb Surgery

目的将神经阻滞麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉分别实行于下肢手术患者中,对比研究两种麻醉方法的应用效果。方法本文予以研究的资料源于2017年8月—2018年4月本院纳入治疗的88例下肢手术患者,依据随机法分成两组,每组44例,腰硬联合麻醉用于对照组,神经阻滞麻醉用于实验组,分析并研究两组患者相关指标。结果对照组感觉神经阻滞的起效时间、感觉神经阻滞的维持时间、运动神经阻滞的起效时间、运动神经阻滞的维持时间、不良反应发生率对比实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢手术患者采用神经阻滞麻醉的效果明显优于腰硬联合麻醉。

Objective To compare the effects of two anesthetic methods between nerve block anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia in patients undergoing lower limb surgery.Methods The data studied in this study were derived from 88 patients with lower extremity surgery in our hospital from August 2017 to April 2018.They were divided into 2 groups according to random method,44 cases in each group.The combined spinal epidural anesthesia was used in the control group and the nerve block anesthesia was used in the experimental group.The related indexes of the two groups were analyzed and studied.Results The onset time of sensory nerve block,the maintenance time of sensory nerve block,the onset time of motor nerve block,the maintenance time of motor nerve block and the total rate of adverse reactions were compared in the control group,and the total rate of adverse reactions was compared with the experimental group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of nerve block anesthesia for patients with lower limb surgery is better than that of combined spinal epidural anesthesia.
