超声乳化手术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果

Clinical Application of Phacoemulsification Cataract Aspiration in the Treatment of Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma Complicated With Cataract

目的探讨与分析急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障采用超声乳化白内障吸除术进行治疗的效果。方法从本院2012年1月—2017年5月内接收的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中,随机抽取500例患者作为研究对象。对所有患者行超声乳化白内障摘除术进行治疗。对比患者治疗前后的视力情况、眼压情况,以及前房深度、角膜内皮细胞密度情况。结果患者治疗后视力、眼压、前房深度、角膜内皮细胞密度情况均优于治疗前,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障吸除术在急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗中应用价值较高,有效的降低了患者的眼压,促进了患者视力的恢复和矫正。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of phacoemulsification cataract extraction for acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods From January 2012 to May 2017,500 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected randomly.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction.Visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth and corneal endothelial cell density were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth and corneal endothelial cell density of the patients were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification is valuable in the treatment of acute angleclosure glaucoma complicated with cataract.It can effectively reduce the intraocular pressure of the patients and promote the recovery and correction of the visual acuity of the patients.
