急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血内镜止血的疗效观察

Effect of Endoscopic Hemostasis on Acute Non Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究分析急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血内镜止血的效果。方法选取本院收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者318例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用基础止血治疗,观察组采用内镜止血治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、止血时间、住院时间均比对照组短,治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者运用内镜止血,患者的症状改善时间和住院时间均显著缩短,治疗总有效率显著提升。

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic hemostasis in acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 318 cases of non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random digital table.The control group was treated with basic hemostasis,and the observation group was treated by endoscopic hemostasis.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time,the time of hemostasis and the time of hospitalization of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of endoscopic hemostasis for patients with acute non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding has significantly shortened the time of symptom improvement and hospitalization,the total effective rate of treatment is significantly improved.
