解剖锁定钢板与普通钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效对比

Comparison of the Results of the Treatment of Calcaneal Fracture With Anatomic Locking Plate and Common Plate Internal Fixation

目的对比分析解剖锁定钢板与普通钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法在2016年1月—2018年1月,选取我院跟骨骨折患者45例,分为对照组23例,观察组22例,对照组给予普通钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予解剖锁定钢板治疗,观察患者手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、踝与后足功能优良率及Bohler角及Gissane角。结果观察组患者手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间比对照组短,踝与后足功能优良率比对照组高,并发症发生率比对照组低,Bohler角及Gissane角比对照组大,P<0.05。结论给予跟骨骨折患者解剖锁定钢板治疗,能减少骨折愈合时间,促进踝与后足功能的恢复,降低并发症发生率,安全性高且效果好。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of anatomic locking plate and common plate fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,45 patients with calcaneal fractures in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(23 cases)and observation group(22 cases).The control group was given ordinary plate fixation,and the observation group was given anatomical locking plate.After treatment,the operative time,length of stay,fracture healing time,incidence of complications,sacral and hind foot function,and good and low angles of Bohler's angle and Gissane's angle were observed.Results In the observation group,the operation time,length of stay,and fracture healing time were shorter than those in the control group.The superior and superior rates of spasticity and hind foot were higher than those in the control group.The complication rate was lower than that in the control group.The angles of Bohler and Gissane were larger than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of anatomic locking plate for calcaneal fracture patients can reduce the healing time of fractures,promote the recovery of spasticity and hind foot function,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high safety and good effect.
