瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇分娩方式的选择

Choice of Delivery Mode for Pregnant Women With Scar Uterus

目的分析瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇合理的分娩方式。方法选取2013年6月—2017年12月在我院分娩的75例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇,分为阴道分娩组(38例)和剖宫产组(37例),对比两组孕妇出血量、住院时间、住院费用等情况。结果本次阴道分娩成功率为68.4%,阴道分娩组孕妇出血量、住院时间、住院费用等指标均低于剖宫产组(P<0.05)。结论对于瘢痕子宫再次妊娠产妇,产前应仔细评估产妇状况,密切观察母婴状况,严格把握阴道分娩及剖宫产适应证。

Objective To analyze the reasonable delivery mode for pregnant women with scar uterus.Methods From June 2013 to December 2017,75 pregnant women with uterine scar pregnancy in our hospital were divided into vaginal delivery group(38 cases)and caesarean section(37 cases).The amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the two groups were compared.Results The successful rate of vaginal delivery was 68.4%,and the amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of vaginal delivery group were lower than that of cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion For the pregnant women with uterine cicatricial uterus,the status of the mothers should be carefully evaluated,the status of mother and child should be closely observed,and the indications of vaginal delivery and cesarean section should be strictly grasped.
