卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Combination Therapy With Carboprost Tromethamine and Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法调取2013年5月—2015年1月诊治的84例子宫肌瘤患者资料,随机分为两组,两组子宫肌瘤剔除术均为同一组医生实施,观察组实施卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮治疗;对照组实施缩宫素治疗,评估两组雌激素、孕激素受体水平以及术后情况。结果两组相较而言,观察组手术时间、住院时长以及出血量情况较优(P<0.05)。两组相较而言,观察组术后雌激素、孕激素受体较低(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤剔除术中采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米非司酮,能够有效减短手术时长,减少术中出血量,降低雌激素和孕激素的受体水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carboprost tromethamine combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods The data of 84 patients with uterine fibroids diagnosed from May 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups of myomectomy were performed by the same group of doctors.The observation group was treated with carboprost tromethamine and mifepristone,while the control group was treated with oxytocin.The levels of estrogen,progesterone receptor and postoperative condition in the two groups were evaluated.Results Compared with the two groups,the operation time,length of stay and bleeding volume in the observation group were better(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the estrogen and progesterone receptors in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of carboprost tromethamine and mifepristone in myomectomy can reduce the length of the operation,reduce the amount of bleeding in the operation,and reduce the level of estrogen and progestin receptor.
