中医治疗脂肪性肝病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Fatty Liver Disease

目的对脂肪性肝病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果进行研究分析,为临床中医治疗提供参考。方法 2015年6月—2017年6月我院对76例脂肪性肝病患者开展了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,均有38例,观察组患者接受中药方治疗,对照组使用西医治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况开展分析比较。结果观察组共有18例显效,15例有效,5例无效,总有效率是86.8%,对照组有11例显效,12例有效,15例无效,总有效率是60.5%。观察组总有效率比对照组高,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂肪性肝病患者接受中医治疗的临床效果突出,比西医优秀。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of TCM Treatment on patients with fatty liver disease,so as to provide references for clinical Chinese medicine treatment.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,82 cases of fatty liver disease were analyzed and studied in our hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.There were 41 cases.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was treated with western medicine.The clinical treatment of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results In the observation group,18 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.8%.In the control group,11 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,15 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 60.5%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of patients with fatty liver disease treated with Chinese traditional medicine than western medicine is outstanding,excellent,it is worthy of promotion.
