中医针灸在中风偏瘫治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Apoplectic Hemiplegia

目的研究分析中风偏瘫患者接受中医针灸治疗的临床效果。方法根据我院接收的中风偏瘫患者来分析研究,将30例患者分成对照组和实验组,均有15例,对照组使用西医治疗,实验组使用中医针灸治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后,对照组有4例痊愈,占26.6%,7例有效,占46.6%,4例无效,占26.6%,临床总有效率是73.3%;实验组有7例痊愈,占46.6%,7例有效,占46.6%,1例无效,占6.6%,临床总有效率是93.3%,实验组的治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论中风偏瘫患者接受中医针灸治疗可以获得较好的效果,根据患者的体质来进行治疗,副作用比较小,有效率高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in patients with apoplectic hemiplegia.Methods According to apoplectic hemiplegia patients received in our hospital,30 patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,15 cases in each group,the control group was treated with western medicine,the experimental group was treated by Acupuncture and moxibustion,and the clinical treatment of the two groups was compared.Results After the treatment,the control group of 4 cases were cured,accounting for 26.6%,7 cases were effective,accounting for 46.6%,4 cases were ineffective,accounting for 26.6%,the total clinical efficiency was 73.3%;the experimental group of 7 cases were cured,accounting for 46.6%,7 cases were effective,accounting for 46.6%,1 cases were ineffective,accounting for 6.6%,the clinical efficiency was 93.3%,the treatment group effective rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of apoplexy hemiplegia patients with acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve better results.According to the physique of patients,the side effects are relatively small,the effective rate is high.
