中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

目的对短暂性脑缺血患者接受中西结合治疗的临床效果开展研究分析。方法此次研究的对象是选择2015年3月—2016年3月我院接收的短暂性脑缺血患者120例,将患者分成甲乙两组,均有60例,甲组使用西药治疗,乙组使用中西结合治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行比较分析。结果甲组有20例治愈,26例好转,14例无效,总有效率是76.67%;乙组有35例痊愈,22例好转,3例无效,总有效率95.00%,两组的治疗总有效率比较,乙组高于甲组(P<0.05)。结论短暂性脑缺血患者接受中西结合治疗的临床有效率比较高,效果突出。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on transient ischemic attack patients.Methods 120 patients with transient ischemic attack received in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups,there were 60 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with western medicine and in group B were treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results In group A,20 cases were cured,26 cases improved,14 cases were invalid and the total effective rate was 76.67%.In group B,35 cases were cured,22 cases improved,3 cases were invalid,total effective rate was 95.00%,the effective rate of the two group was statistically different,group B was higher than group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficiency of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine in patients with transient ischemic attack is relatively high,and the effect is outstanding.
