摘要
目的探讨分析在门诊换药中实施人文关怀护理的效果。方法以我院2015年10月—2016年12月进行换药的50例门诊换药患者为本次研究的对象,50例患者按照就诊顺序随机的分为对照组和观察组,每组25例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者以常规护理为基础实施人文关怀护理,在研究结束后对两组患者护理前后的护理满意度以及护患关系进行对比分析。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,护患关系良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊换药患者以常规护理为基础上,实施人文关怀护理,可以提高护理满意度和护患关系良好率。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care in outpatient dressing change.Methods 50 outpatient dressing change patients in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects of this study.50 patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly according to the order of treatment,25 cases in each group,and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing.The patients in the observation group were given humanistic care based on conventional nursing.After that,the nursing satisfaction and nurse patient relationship between the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of good relationship between nurses and patients was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care,the implementation of humanistic care nursing can improve the nursing satisfaction and the good relationship between nurses and patients.
