手术室护士术前访视重要性和必要性的探讨

Discussion on the Importance and Necessity of Preoperative Visits to Operating Room Nurses

目的探究手术室护士对即将进行手术患者进行术前访视的重要性与必要性。方法将我院在2017年1—6月进行手术的患者68例随机分为对照组和实验组各34例进行分析,对照组患者实施术前常规护理,未实施术前访视,实验组患者实施术前访视,观察并记录两组情况。结果麻醉完成后,对照组心率与血压发生了显著的升高(P<0.05),而实验组患者的心率与血压也略有升高,但是幅度不明显(P>0.05);实验组患者的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组患者(76.47%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.342,P<0.05)。结论医护人员术前访视使患者,可促使手术顺利进行。

Objective To explore the importance and necessity of operating room nurses for preoperative visits to patients undergoing surgery.Methods 68 patients undergoing surgery from January to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative care and did not perform preoperative visits.The patients in the experimental group were given preoperative visits,and the two groups were observed and recorded.Results After the anesthesia was completed,the heart rate and blood pressure of the control group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the heart rate and blood pressure of the experimental group also increased slightly,but the amplitude was not significant(P>0.05);the patients in the experimental group The satisfaction rate was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.47%)(χ2=6.342,P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative visit of the medical staff enables the patient to perform the operation smoothly.
