俯卧位脊柱手术患者面部皮肤保护方法探讨

Investigation on a Facial Skin Protection Method for Patients in Spine Surgery in Prone Position

目的探讨俯卧位脊柱手术患者面部皮肤保护方法。方法观察组30例患者予药膏保护眼睑,山茶油保护俯卧位皮肤接触面;定时巡查,用手托起头部并调整接触面位置。对照组30例患者仅药膏保护眼睑。对正常皮肤无压红、轻度肤红、明显肤红等结果进行频数统计。结果观察组30例患者,术后正常者28例,轻度肤红2例,明显肤红无;对照组30例患者术后正常者22例,轻度肤红6例,明显肤红2例。将两组患者面部受压情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重视并全方位做好俯卧位脊柱手术患者面部皮肤保护措施,可有效减少面部压疮等并发症发生。

Objective To discuss a facial skin protection method for patients in spine urgery in prone position.Methods In the observation group,30 patients were given ointment to protect the eyelids,and camellia oil protected the skin contact surface of prone position.Regular inspection,holding up the head with hands and adjusting the position of the contact surface.30 cases in the control group were only given ointment to protect the eyelids.Frequency statistics of normal skin,such as no pressure red,mild skin red and obvious skin red were carried out.Results In the observation group,28 patients had normal skin,2 patients had mild red skin,and no patients had obvious red skin.While in the control group,the corresponding patients were respectively as 22,6 and 2.There were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Pay high attention to skin protection measures for facial skin in spine surgery patients in prone position can reduce the facial pressure sores and other complications.
