摘要
目的研究在肺炎患儿中层级链式护理法的临床效果。方法样本来自2015年10月—2017年10月收治的64例肺炎患儿,以不同护理方式进行随机分组,每组纳入32例患儿,对照组行常规护理,实验组行层级链式护理法,观察比较两组肺炎患儿的护理情况。结果实验组肺炎患儿住院时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、发热消失时间短于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将层级链式护理法应用在肺炎患儿中具有的护理效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hierarchical chain nursing method in children with pneumonia.Methods From October 2015 to October 2017,64 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into different nursing groups,each group included 32 children.The reference group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given hierarchical chain nursing.The nursing status of children with pneumonia in the two groups was observed and compared.Results The hospital stay,lung rale disappearance time,cough disappearance time and fever disappearance time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical chain nursing method in children with pneumonia has remarkable nursing effect.
