基于微信平台上牙龈癌手术危重病情上报的护理应用

Clinical Nursing Application Based on Critical Condition Report of Gingival Cancer Surgery on WeChat Platform

目的探究与分析基于微信平台上牙龈癌手术危重病情上报的临床护理应用。方法收集我院2015年12月—2017年12月手术室护理质量管理的相关资料,按照时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组为2015年12月—2016年12月,在此期间未设立微信管理平台,观察组为2017年1—12月,在此期间设立了微信管理平台,对比两组在不同时期下医生对护士手术室护理管理工作的满意度调查以及护士手术室护理质量的评分情况。结果观察组与对照组相比服务态度、工作整体性、危重抢救的配合及手术配合质量评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比安全管理、感染管理、护理文书制定及仪器设备管理评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微信平台应用于牙龈癌手术危重病情上报的临床护理工作中能够获得更好的工作效果及护士对手术室工作的满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application of clinical nursing based on the critical condition report of gingival cancer surgery on the WeChat platform.Methods The related data of nursing quality management in operating room from December 2015 to December 2017 was collected.The data were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the time sequence.The control group was from December 2015 to December 2016.During the period,the WeChat management platform was not established.The observation group was from January to December 2017.During this period,the WeChat management platform was set up to compare the satisfaction of the doctors with nurses'operating room nursing management at different times and nurses.The operating room nursing quality score.Results Compared with the control group,the service attitude,overall work quality,co-ordination of critical rescue,and quality of surgical intervention in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of safety management,infection management,nursing instrument formulation,and equipment and equipment management in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wechat platform can be used in the clinical nursing work reported in the critical condition of gingival cancer surgery can get better work results and nurses satisfaction with the operation room.
