循证护理在深静脉血栓患者护理中的应用效果

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients With Deep Vein Thrombosis

目的评价循证护理干预在深静脉血栓(DVT)患者护理中的运用价值,为护理工作提供参考。方法选择我院2015年2月—2017年6月治疗的90例DVT患者,以随机数字表法分组。对照组45例DVT患者接受常规护理、观察组45例DVT患者接受循证护理,对比两组DVT患者护理满意度、并发症情况、护理质量评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度占比以及护理观察指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间术后并发症发生率对比,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可以降低DVT患者不良反应、提高护理效果以及患者满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of evidence-based nursing intervention in the care of patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and to provide reference for nursing work.Methods 90 cases of DVT treated in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2017 were grouped by random number list method.45 DVT patients in control group were given routine nursing,45 DVT patients in observation group were given evidencebased nursing.The nursing satisfaction,complications and nursing quality score of two groups of DVT patients were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction ratio and nursing observation index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce the adverse reaction of DVT patients,improve the nursing effect and patient satisfaction.
