高校学生社团基层团支部构建模式及其必要性研究

Study on the Construction Mode and Necessity of the Grass-roots Group Branch of College Student Associations

通过在社团内部构建团支部,不仅丰富了高校基层共青团组织的形式,更从源头上引导社团向专业化、品牌化、可持续化发展,有效的扩大了高校思想政治工作的覆盖面。本文从高校社团基层团支部的构建意义、构建模式等方面进行阐述,以期对高校学生社团工作的发展及管理模式方面提供新思路,真正实现高校基层团建"多种模式、多重覆盖"的新局面。

Through building the Youth League branch within the students mass organization,it can not only enrich the form of college communist Youth League organizations but guide the community to specialization,branding and continuable development.In this article,we will expound from the part of students mass organization's construction cause analysis,building analysis and mode,functions,etc.So that we can provide new train of thought for university students mass organization's development,building a new satisfactory development situation.
