高中不同性别生物教师教学风格分析

摘要 本文以四川T中学高一的生物教师为调查对象。通过问卷调查,笔者对高中不同性别生物教师的教学风格现状进行了分析。调查结果显示:生物教师在教学风格四个维度上的得分由高到低依次是:关爱分享型、严谨逻辑型、幽默活跃型、创新探索型。不同性别的生物教师在关爱分享型上存在极其显著性的差异,女教师在关爱分享型的得分显著高于男教师。 This paper takes the biology teachers of senior one in Sichuan T Middle School as the investigation object.Through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzed the present situation of teaching styles of biology teachers of different genders in senior high school.The results showed that the scores of biology teachers in the four dimensions of teaching style were from high to low:love sharing type,rigorous logic type,humor active type and innovative exploration type.There were significant differences in love sharing type among biological teachers of different genders,and the scores of female teachers in love sharing type were significantly higher than those of male teachers.
