高中生物教师教学成败归因方式特点分析

Analysis on the Attribution Style of High School Biology Teachers' Teaching Success or Failure

摘要 本文以N市9所高中的105位高中生物教师为研究对象,通过问卷调查,研究高中生物教师教学成败归因方式特点并提出建议。结果表明:N市高中生物教师倾向于将教学成功主要归因于自身能力、自身状态以及自身努力等内部因素,将教学失败主要归因于学生能力不足或努力不够以及教材难度太大等外部因素,不重视运气因素的影响。 This paper chooses 105 senior high school biology teachers of nine high schools in N city as research subjects to research the attribution mode of high school biology teachers'success or failure in teaching through the questionnaire survey.The results show that there is a obvious tendency for biological teachers in N city to attribute the effective teaching to the inner factors,such as teaching ability,internal state,efforts.On the other hand,they are prone to owing the failure to the insufficient capability or efforts,or considering the teaching materials being too difficult,but simultaneously overlooking the effects resulted from luck.
