高职院校知识产权文化环境的营造研究

Research on the Construction of Intellectual Property Culture Environment in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着知识产权意识的逐渐加强,我国知识产权相关的制度措施不断完善,为我国知识的生产、技术的创新提供了良好的保障。高职院校作为知识传播与创造、技术开发的重要场地,其知识产权文化环境的建设引起了社会各界的广泛关注。本文阐述了知识产权的概念以及作用,发现了当前高职院校知识产权文化建设方面存在的问题:缺乏知识产权文化观念与意识;缺乏知识产权文化因素;知识产权管理制度不健全。同时,针对这种情况提出了相应的合理性措施:打造知识产权文化观念;营造创新氛围;健全知识产权管理制度,推动高职院校知识产权文化环境的营造。

With the gradual strengthening of intellectual property consciousness,China's intellectual property related institutional measures have been continuously improved,providing a good guarantee for the production and technological innovation of knowledge in China.As an important field of knowledge dissemination and creation and technology development,the construction of intellectual property culture environment in higher vocational colleges has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.This paper expounds the concept and function of intellectual property,and finds out the problems existing in the current intellectual property culture construction in Higher Vocational Colleges:lack of cultural concept and consciousness of intellectual property,lack of intellectual property cultural factors,and imperfect management system of intellectual property.In view of this situation,the corresponding reasonable measures are put forward:building up the concept of intellectual property culture,creating an innovative atmosphere,improving the management system of intellectual property rights,and promoting the construction of intellectual property cultural environment in higher vocational colleges.
