摘要
为了探讨如何将更多的高校科研成果有效地转化为中学优质科普资源,本文试以蚜虫和DNA条形码为题材,从改变思路、选取活动内容、设计活动形式以及在每项活动中采取的方式方法等方面进行了转化尝试,不仅让中学生们观察到自然界中各种生物之间的相互依存关系,在大自然中体验到了书本上的知识,更加领略了崭新的科技成果,扩大了知识面,站在了科学技术的前沿,增强了学习的自信心,同时也感悟到科学研究是严谨、艰辛、有趣的,并有很高的应用价值,达到了倡导科学方法、传播科学思想、弘扬科学精神的目的。
In order to explore how to more scientific research results effectively into secondary high school science resources,this article tries to aphids and DNA barcoding as a theme,from the idea of change,aspects of selected activities,design activities and the approach taken in the form of each activity in a method of performing a conversion attempt,not only to the middle school students to observe the nature of the interdependence between the various biological relationships in nature to experience the knowledge of the book,but also a little more aware of the new scientific and technological achievements,to expand the knowledge,standing in the forefront of science and technology,enhanced learning self-confidence.In the meantime,realized that scientific research is rigorous,hard,interesting,and has a high application value.Reached the purpose of advocating scientific methods,disseminating scientific ideas and carrying forward the scientific spirit.
