摘要针对传统课堂教学和人才培养模式在培养学生创新能力方面存在的问题,提出了基于翻转课堂的创新能力培养模式,阐述了将翻转课堂与MOOC、研讨式教学、实验以及科技竞赛培训相结合的方法,旨在为创新型人才培养提供一种探索途径,为高校创新型人才培养模式的改革提供一定的借鉴。 In view of the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching and personnel training mode in cultivating students'innovative ability,a training model of innovative ability based on flipped classroom is put forward.The method of combining flipped classroom with MOOC,seminar-style teaching,experiment teaching and science and technology competition training is expounded,the aim is to provide an approach for the training of innovative talents,and to provide a reference for the reformof the training mode of innovative talents in universities.
