打造品牌专业 提升职教质量——以无锡工艺职业技术学院动漫品牌专业建设为例

Create Brand Expertise,Improve Quality of Occupational Education——Example from Animation Profession Brand Construction of Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology

无锡工艺职业技术学院动漫设计专业作为专业群建设中的核心专业,被评为无锡市重点专业,无论在教学环境设施、师资力量和招生规模方面都显示了较大的优势。本文以动漫品牌专业建设为例,总结了专业改革的一些经验,如重构课程体系,建立"一本三化"的人才培养模式;提高学生的岗位实践能力,建立递进式"项目化"实训体系;建成共享型网络教学资源平台;打造专兼结合的高水平"双师型"教学团队;制定一系列管理制度,提升专业的社会服务能力。希望这些改革成果能对动画教育的理论和实践有所裨益。

As the core major,Animation Design in Wuxi Institute of Arts&Technology had been granted as Key disciplines at City Level,no matter in education infrastructure,teachers qualification and recruitment scale,all showed significant advantage,this paper took animation brand professional production as milestone,summarized experience from major reform,such as re-construction of curriculum structure,establish talent cultivation mode as,improve student practical skills,create reality training system with approach of evolving project,build share-service Internet education platform,form high-standard"dual teacher"team which are capable both in professional area and overall area.setup various management protocol,improve professional ability to server society,looking forwarder to help and further improve animation education on aspect of theory and practice.
