地方师范类院校二级学院工作重心的思考

Thinking on the Focus of the Work of the Second-Level College in Local Normal Universities

二级学院作为学校的教学、科研、服务地方及人才培养的办学主体,在日常工作中应该明确工作的重心。本文从二级学院的质量建设、学风建设、教风建设及研发建设等方面论述二级学院应该主抓的工作。文中结合笔者所在学校具体工作经验展开论述。
