新形势下高职班主任队伍建设机制探究

Under the New Situation on Higher Vocational Teacher Team Building Mechanism

近年来,随着高等教育体制改革不断深入,高职生源质量日趋下降。许多高职院校寻求多种合作办学之道,这使得高职院校的生源层次各不相同,给高职院校的班主任工作带来了各种新的挑战和问题。当前,绝大多数高职院校的班主任队伍建设制度不够完善,本文就这一问题提出了加强高职院校班主任队伍建设的管理策略与建议,以提升职业教育育人之道。

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of reform in higher education,higher vocational students'quality is declining.Many colleges seek a variety of cooperative education of higher vocational colleges,makes the students at different levels,which brings the new challenges and problems of higher vocational college class work.At present,many higher vocational colleges teacher team building system is not perfect,we proposes strategies and suggestions to strengthen the management of the construction of teacher team in higher vocational colleges,in order to improve the occupation education of the road.
