Young Teacher's Teaching Ability and Level of Improvement

提高教师教学水平与能力不仅是教师职业本身和教师个人发展的要求,而且还是学校发展的需要。本文在分析了我国高校青年教师教学能力现状和教师教学能力内涵的基础上,对青年教师教学水平与能力提升的培养途径进行了探讨。

The improvement of teachers'teaching level and ability is not only the requirement of teachers'professional and personal development,but also the development of the school.The author analyzes the present situation of young teachers'teaching ability and the connotation of young teachers'teaching ability,and probes into the cultivation ways of teaching level and ability of young teachers.
