本文概括了科研道德的概念及其养成对新教师健康成长的重要性;收集了我国高校学术不端行为和国外集中撤稿事件,并分析了其成因;还立足国际视野,复习了科研道德的核心价值理念:诚信、客观、负责和守法;最后提出新教师科研道德养成的实践策略。

This text summarizes the concept of scientific research ethics and its formation importance to the healthy growth of new teachers.It have collected the academic misconduct of our universities and the incident of bulk withdrawal of published papers from abroad,and analyze its causes.Based on the international perspective,the idea of core value of scientific research ethics are reviewed:honest,objective,responsible and law-abiding.Finally,it puts forward the practice strategy of cultivating new teachers'scientific research ethics.
