应用型本科旅游管理专业实践教学项目化改革的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Practical Teaching Reform in Tourism Management Major of Applied Undergraduate Course

旅游管理是一门应用性和实践性非常强的学科,实践教学在应用型本科旅游管理专业人才培养中至关重要,但应用型本科旅游管理专业实践教学项目化改革的系统性、一体化程度和有效性都有待提升。本文从应用型本科旅游管理专业实践教学项目化改革的现实意义切入,构建"纵向层次化,横向模块化"项目化实践课程体系,搭建学生实践能力成长阶梯,形成具有内在的知识结构逻辑的"项目化实践课程群",并就应用型本科旅游管理实践教学项目化改革的实施,给出教学团队建设、校企协同育人机制和管理制度建设建议。

Tourism management is a practical very strong discipline,practice teaching in Applied Undergraduate Talents in tourismmanagement professional training is essential,but the application of project teaching systemof Tourism Management Undergraduate Practice Reform,the degree of integration and effectiveness are to be improved.Starting from the practical significance of this project of undergraduate teaching tourism management professional practice application oriented reform,construction of"vertical hierarchical,practical curriculum system of horizontal modular project,build the practice ability of the students in the growth of the ladder,formed with internal structure of knowledge in the logic of"project practice curriculum",and Applied Undergraduate Tourism Management Practice Teaching The implementation of the project reform,the teaching team building,school enterprise collaborative education mechanism and management systemconstruction proposals are given.
