应用型本科高校生物信息学课程教学改革初探

A Preliminary Study on the Teaching Reform of Bioinformatics Course in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities

本文依据应用型本科高校转型发展的要求,结合近三年生物信息学课程教学实践,从课程存在的师资匮乏、人才培养目标模糊、缺乏合适的书籍等问题,提出生物信息学课程改革需要从完善课程培养目标与教学大纲、加强上机操作并改革考试方式以及探索双语多媒体教学等方面入手,以使改课程符合应用型本科高校培养应用型专门人才的目标。

The requirements of application on the basis of the transformation and development of colleges and universities,with nearly three years of teaching practice of bioinformatics courses,courses from the existing shortage of teachers,personnel training target,the lack of appropriate books,the bioinformatics curriculum reform need to improve the curriculum objectives and teaching syllabus,,strengthen the operation and the reform of the examination and exploration of bilingual multimedia teaching and other aspects,in order to make the curriculum with training applied talents in Application-oriented Colleges target.
