In the process of high school English teaching,the cultivation of subject core literacy is the most important.As a particularly important part of high school English teaching,reading plays an important role in cultivating students'academic accomplishment.This article first elaborated the core accomplishment of the high school English course,analyzes the problems existing in the current high school English reading teaching,finally in view of the problem put forward the corresponding specific measures based on the core accomplishment of English reading teaching,designed to ensure that the high school English reading teaching effectively cultivate students discipline core literacy.
