普惠金融建设背景下金融专硕人才精英化培养定位

Elite Education of Finance Master in the Era of Inclusive Finance

金融专硕培养的研究生教育属性使其在人才培养应该坚持精英教育理念,培养满足我国金融业发展的精英人才。但从认识和现实情况来看都似乎与我国普惠金融建设的背景存在矛盾。本文分析普惠金融建设对金融人才的新要求以及金融专硕的精英教育属性,指出两者在内在是一致的,普惠金融建设的要求能够更好地促进精英教育的实施,我国金融专硕人才培养应该将两者统一起来,为普惠金融建设培养更多合格的金融精英。

The nature of Finance Master's education is elite education,and Finance Master should be elite talents to meet the development of financial industry in China.But it seems contradictory with inclusive finance development.Based on the analysis of new requirements in the era of inclusive finance and the nature of elite education for Finance Master,this paper points out that both are unified,the education of Finance Master should be closely integrated with inclusive finance,and the development of inclusive finance will promote Finance Master Education.
