摘要
创新型人才培养是高等教育的责任和义务,更是教师们的重任。本文结合本人十多年的物理化学教学经验以及物理化学课程的特点,从创新意识的激发、创新思维的培养和创新能力的训练三个方面出发,初步对物理化学教学过程中如何引导学生提出问题、如何提高自主学习能力和如何系统训练学生创新技能进行了探讨,旨在促进创新型大学生的快速成长。
Cultivation of innovative talent is not only the responsibility and obligation of the university,but also those of the teachers.Based on my ten years of experience in teaching physical chemistry,this paper,from three aspects including the innovation consciousness,the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative ability training,discusses how to guide students to ask questions during the process of physical chemistry teaching,improve students'autonomous learning ability and train systematically students'innovative skills,thus promotes the rapid growth of innovative college students.
