大学教学改革价值理念的建立与思考

摘要 教学改革生于教育质量普遍下降的危机中,教改的成功需要重塑高校教育价值观念,以人为本地实现教与学外在显性与内在隐性能力的关系转变。教学改革以优秀的教育理念为先导,以提高质量为首位,从教学目的、培养模式、专业设置、课程建设、教学方法中逐步落实,重视教师地位的提高,实现科研与教学的相互促进,培养创新、高效人才以适应时代发展的需求。 Teaching reform is born in the crisis of the general decline in the quality of education.The success of teaching reform needs to reshape the values of college education,and to change the relationship between external and implicit ability in teaching and learning based on the people-oriented concept.Teaching reform is lead by excellent education idea,and put the quality first gradually implemented from teaching purpose,training pattern,professional settings,curriculum construction and teaching methods.Colleges should pay attention to the improvement of teachers'status and achieve mutual promotion of scientific research and teaching in order to train innovative and efficient personnel for the development of new era.
