试论高职院校如何开展精细化职业指导

On How to Develop Fine Vocational Guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校开展精细化职业指导是时代发展的要求。本文针对当前精细化职业指导存在的工作不够重视、制度不够健全、指导水平不高、指导形式单一等问题,结合高职学生特点、职业发展特征,提出了高职院校开展精细化职业指导方法和策略,对今后有效开展精细化职业指导有一定的借鉴意义。
