天水师范学院在生物科学特色专业人才培养中,建立以科教融合为培养模式的协同创新育人的办学理念,将科研优势转化为人才培养的优势,探索了大学生科技创新能力培养的新思路和新体系,整合课内外创新创业活动,构建大学生科研训练体系,将科研方法转化成教学手段,把科研平台拓展为教学条件,以科研成果丰富教学内容。通过以教学和科研促进大学生的探索与学习,在教学和科研的结合中培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,取得了较好的办学效果。

during the training of innovative talent in characteristic specialty for biosciences in Tianshui normal university,the educational philosophy of synergy of research and education was founded,which transformed the advantages in researches into advantages in Talent Training.A new concept and system for training college student innovation ability was explored by integrating the in-and off-class innovation and entrepreneurship,constructing of research training system,adopting research method as teaching methods,utilizing the research platforms for teaching,and enriching the content of education with achievements in scientific researches.By Combination of education and research,the student exploration and learning activities were encouraged,and their innovation sense and ability cultivation was strengthened,and effective education results have been achieved.
