低年资护士对职业暴露认知现状的调查分析

Low Qualification Nurses the Investigation and Analysis of the Cognitive Status of Occupational Exposure

目的:了解呼和浩特地区低年资护理人员对生物性、物理性、化学性职业暴露的认知现状,为相关部门进行针对性的预防和知识培训提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,随机抽取内蒙古医科大学附属医院180例护士对职业暴露的认知情况(如职业暴露的种类、危害因素、传播途径,危害及暴露后的防护知识),知识需求程度,管理方面意见等内容进行调查。结果:附属医院低年资护士对职业暴露知识掌握不足,职业暴露类别认知36.25%;污染锐气伤的处理流程16.88%;其防护手套使用率手部皮肤破损时55.63%;更换化疗药物时11.83%;防护眼睛使用率16.88%;隔离衣使用率11.83%等。结论:调查显示低年资护理人员对职业暴露知识掌握不足。

Objective:to understand the Hohhot area low qualification nurses on biological,physical,chemical,cognitive status of occupational exposure to related department to carry on the corresponding prevention and provides the basis for knowledge training.Methods:the self-designed questionnaire,a random sample of Inner Mongolia medical university affiliated hospital,180 cases of nurses'cognition of occupational exposure(such as species,harmful factors of occupational exposure,route of transmission,harm and protection knowledge)after the exposure,the knowledge level of demand,management ideas,etc.Results:low seniority nurses in affiliated hospitals have insufficient knowledge of occupational exposure,and 36.25%in occupational exposure category.The treatment process of pollution acute gas injury 16.88%;The use of protective gloves was 55.63 percent when the skin was damaged,and 11.83%when replacing chemotherapy drugs.Protective eye rate 16.88%;Conclusion:the survey shows that low seniority nurses have insufficient knowledge of occupational exposure.Need to focus on building perfect pre-job safety technical training of occupational protection,reasonable layout of the working environment and optimize the workflow,implement standardized operation and increase the corresponding protective equipment,strengthen the management of occupational exposure.
