摘要
随着教育部令第43号的颁布,辅导员职业发展与团队建设越来越得到高校和社会的关注与热议。辅导员岗位作为当前高校思想政治教育前线的站岗人,既肩负着开展一线思想政治教育工作的职责,又承担着提高第二课堂学生教育获得感的实施主体。本文主要从辅导员分类发展、辅导员工作室等平台建设角度出发,探索辅导员职业能力提升有效模式构建。
With the promulgation of the order No.forty-third of the Ministry of education,the professional development and teambuilding of the counselors have become more and more concerned and heated by the universities and the society.As a standing guard in the front line of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,counselors'posts not only shoulder the responsibilities of carrying out ideological and political education in the front-line line,but also undertake the main body to improve their sense of education in the second classroom.This paper,from the perspective of the development of counselors'classification and the workroom of counselors,explores the construction of effective mode for improving the professional ability of counselors.
