University-enterprise joint training is the effective way to promote graduate student innovation ability and practice ability,to shenyang university of technology graduate information between the joint training of practice as an example,discussed factors of the postgraduate training mode,curriculum system,management system,etc.Conducted between”seamless docking”mode of exploring the postgraduate,meet the demand of enterprise engineering,is established to develop the innovative ability of graduate students to practice university-enterprise cooperation mechanism,construct the organic combination of joint training mode off.
