高校毕业生是促进一个国家经济发展的重要人力资源,各国都十分重视对于大学生的就业问题。2017年我国高校毕业生总量将达到795万人的历史新高,再加上回国就业的留学生和未找到工作的往届生,大学生就业人数将超过1000万。为解决毕业生就业问题,政府出台了一系列与大学生就业相关的政策和辅助性措施,高校经常召开专项会议研究和部署毕业学生就业工作,狠抓政策落实,学院成立一把手负责制,将就业工作列为学校的重要工作之一。
