德国职业教育对我国高校女性人才培养的启示

Inspiration of German Vocational Education on Female Talents Cultivation of Chinese University

以双元制为代表的德国职业教育体系取得了举世瞩目的成绩,政府、行业和高校三者有效配合,各司其职,培养了知行合一的人才。同时,该体系对我国以培养高素质应用型的女性人才为目标的高校提供了许多借鉴。在结合女性特色和发挥女性特点和优势的前提下,本文从设计专业课程和建立校企合作的角度对女性人才培养进行了分析。

German vocational education,which is represented by dual system,has made incredible achievements that attract worldwide attention.The system requires government,industry and university to cooperate and function in order to cultivate talents with knowledge and practice.In the meantime,it inspires Chinese universities which aim to foster high-quality application-oriented female talents and offers them reference.Based on female's characteristics and advantages,this paper will analyze the cultivation of female talents from the design of specialized course and school-enterprise cooperation.
