习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想将引领社会保障事业新发展,全面建成覆盖全民、城乡统筹、可持续的多层次社会保障体系。在这样的背景下,社会对高素质创新型社会保障人才提出新要求。本文主要探讨劳动与社会保障专业人才培养存在的问题,并结合专业特点提出完善劳动与社会保障本科专业人才培养模式的建议。
