By investigating and analyzing the market demand of translators in Dalian and the present cultivation mode of translators in Dalian universities,the author discovers the problems that exist in the traditional cultivation mode of translators.In order to adapt to the economic development of Dalian,this article explores the establishment of cultivation mode of applied translators so as to promote the pioneering development of Dalian in the coastal economic belt.
